Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ordernotes software or website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Ordernotes.

2. License grant

Upon purchase, Ordernotes grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Ordernotes desktop application on computers you own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign this license to any third party.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial. After the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using the application.

4. Payment and refunds

All payments are one-time and processed through PhonePe. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided after a license key has been issued and activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning, contact us at support@ordernotes.in within 7 days of purchase and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share or distribute your license key to other users
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, or spam
• Attempt to circumvent the license activation system
• Resell or commercially redistribute the software

6. Updates and support

All future updates to the Ordernotes desktop application are included with your lifetime license at no additional cost. We provide support on a best-effort basis via email at support@ordernotes.in. We do not guarantee response times.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordernotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ordernotes.in. License fees are non-refundable upon self-initiated termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
